Five hours a month, back from one build

Marcus Mire founded MireGroup CPAs in Lafayette. His firm runs Claude on saved instructions, which the firm calls skills. One build does production tracking. Staff used to pull many data sources by hand, then combine, edit and add formulas. Now he feeds Claude one data source. Claude returns the full production calculation. The firm also syncs prospects from Airtable to HubSpot each day, checks invoicing data in Airtable against Xero, and builds cash-flow models from Xero in about a minute.

How it wentThe production build alone saves at least 5 hours a month (founder's claim). It took him 4 or 5 hours to build. The prospect sync is work nobody on the team did before. Now it runs every day, and it feeds the firm's marketing list.
Try it · based on the source's workflow
Do my production calculation for [business name]. Here is the single data file for this period: [attach file]. For each team member, total the work they produced and the value of that work, using these rules: [paste your rules and formulas]. Return one table with a row per person and a total row. Flag any row where the data looks wrong, missing or doubled, and say what you saw. Do not change the source file. Show me the table and the flags before you save anything.
A starting template based on the workflow the source describes. Review it before you use it; you are responsible for what it does.
