Paid invoice, missing order, four minutes

A wholesale business owner built the software his business runs on. A customer paid an invoice through that software. The next morning, the order still did not exist anywhere the packing team could see it. His AI agent traced the flow and found the cause in about four minutes. A paid invoice sat at new until a person clicked Accept. No person had clicked.

How it wentThe fix went live a little over an hour after the problem was reported. Now a payment accepts the order on its own. An hourly check also flags any paid invoice still stuck after 15 minutes. The poster gives no sales or loss figure.
Try it · based on the source's workflow
Trace one paid order through [system name] for [business name], step by step, the way a customer would trigger it. Start at payment and follow the record through every status change until the order reaches [team or screen]. List each handoff where a person must click, approve, or move the record by hand. Flag any record that can sit stuck with no alert. Then set an automatic check every [interval] that flags any paid record still unmoved after [minutes]. Show me the trace first before you change any setting.
