Claude
$250,000 in shipping overcharges, found
Rebel Cheese ships perishable orders across the United States from Austin, Texas. After its best holiday season, the company had paid $250,000 more for shipping than planned. Cofounder Kirsten Maitland gave Claude a year of carrier invoices and the carrier contract. Claude found the overcharge patterns. She then used Manus to build a checker. It compares each shipment charge with the contracted rate and flags any charge more than $0.10 over.
How it wentThe carrier has approved and credited every claim the system has sent so far, per the report. The company now saves between $1,500 and $4,000 a week. The tools cost about $200 a month. The biggest overcharges came from a carrier weight limit that changed in early 2025 with no notice.

Audit my shipping bills for [business name]. Here is our carrier contract with the agreed rates: [paste], and a year of carrier invoices: [attach file]. Compare each shipment charge with the contracted rate for its zone and weight. List every charge that is more than [amount] over the contract rate, with the invoice number, the date, and the difference. Group the results by cause where you can see a pattern. Draft a credit request for the carrier from that list. Show me the full list and the draft before anything is sent.
