42 receipts attached in one session

Will Jones, who owns the consultancy Perihelion Limited, had about 110 purchase transactions in his QuickFile accounts with no receipt attached. The invoices sat in a dozen different billing portals, each with no bulk download. He put the work at 3 to 4 minutes per invoice, over 10 hours in total, and had avoided it for weeks. His finance agent, run through OpenClaw and steered by Telegram messages from his phone, logged into each portal in his browser, downloaded the invoice PDFs, then matched each one to the right transaction through the QuickFile API and attached it.

How it wentIn one session the agent attached receipts to 42 of 110 transactions, per the owner. One supplier alone needed 13 PDFs matched to 36 entries across three price changes, handled without confusion. The job is not done: about 68 transactions remain, and the browser work needed his help about 5% of the time when pages stalled.
Try it · based on the source's workflow
Clear the missing-receipt backlog in [accounting tool] for [business name]. List every transaction with no receipt attached. For each one, find the invoice in the supplier's billing portal from this list: [suppliers and where their invoices live]. Download the invoice, match it to the transaction by amount, date, and supplier, and attach it. Never guess a match: park any transaction you cannot match with certainty on a list for me. When a page stalls or a login needs me, stop and ask. Report at the end: attached, parked, and still missing.
