Claude Cowork

300 files sorted in 12 minutes

A founder tested Claude Cowork on his own work folders. He gave it access to one folder only. He set the outcome and approved its plan. The test folder held more than 300 files. It had duplicate PDFs, screenshots, receipts, and files named Image.png. Cowork made folders, renamed files, and split out duplicates. It wrote a summary of the changes. He also tested it on receipts: 40 receipt images became a clean expense sheet with totals.

How it wentThe file sort took 12 minutes while he got coffee. The receipt test turned 40 images into a sheet with totals. He lists the same pattern for notes and competitor pages. The tool needs a Claude Max plan, at about $100 to $200 a month per the post. No business revenue or time total is claimed.
