Grok Bot

400 old leads, found to re-engage

Brad Smith, founder of AutomationLinks, posted on Oct 16 that for three years he logged into GoHighLevel every day to check new leads, contacts, appointments, opportunities and email open rates, and that he no longer has to. His Grok Bot now reports to him every morning and every night, manages contacts, organises his pipeline, makes sure he never misses a scheduled call, and messages leads. The post ends with a template link and a comment-for-access ask, so it is partly promotional, and we note that here.

How it wentThe bot found over 400 potential leads the business could follow up with to remind them about the agency, by the poster's count. He does not report how many of those leads replied or bought.
Try it · based on the source's workflow
Twice a day, in the morning and evening, review my GoHighLevel account and send me a short report: new leads, new contacts, appointments coming up, where each opportunity stands, and email open rates. Flag any lead with no follow-up for more than [number] days and draft a re-engagement message for each one. Show me the drafts and wait for my approval before sending anything.
A starting template based on the workflow the source describes. Review it before you use it; you are responsible for what it does.
