Budget answers: one week to instant
C&S Paper makes tissue paper and runs seven factories. Finance staff waited a week for each budget scenario change. In two months, the old way produced only 5 to 6 full scenario runs. The company rolled out a workplace agent to about 1,300 staff accounts. Finance staff build small reusable skills. Business staff call those skills themselves. Add 2 million yuan to a budget line and the model shows the result at once. Marketing teams must write meeting analysis with the agent. One HR manager built a full staff review system with it, with IT help only at launch.
How it wentBudget changes that waited a week now return feedback at once. Several hundred staff can run basic analysis alone. The agent is not linked to core databases, by design. Staff builds can be rough: the firm's digital chief says they may reach only 60 points and IT should refine them (company figures, via finance press).

Build a budget test tool for [company name] from this sheet: [paste budget]. Let me change one line at a time, such as adding [amount] to [category], and show the new totals and the effect on [profit or cash target] at once. Keep the original budget unchanged and label every run a test. Use only the data in the sheet. Do not pull from our core systems, and do not include secret formulas [list what to exclude]. For each result, add one line: what changed, and what did not. I make the final call on every budget change.
