Grok Bot

600,000 followers, every comment found daily

Smith's Gardentown is a garden center in Wichita Falls, Texas. Its social accounts hold more than 600,000 followers in total. The owner felt bad about the comments and questions that never got a reply. One of his Grok Bots now combs every business social account. It finds the comments and direct messages that need a response. At 8 AM it sends him a daily report with a draft reply for each one. He scans the drafts, approves or edits them, and then the bot sends them. It also scans during the day for anything urgent.

How it wentThe owner reports the daily report and drafts are in place, and he calls the setup a game changer. The post gives no count of messages found or answered, so no volume or time figure can be claimed from it.

Comb through the social accounts for [business name] on [platforms]. Find every comment and direct message that needs a response. Send me a daily report at [time] with a draft reply for each one, in my tone: [tone notes]. I will approve or edit each draft before anything sends. Scan again during the day and flag anything urgent to me at once. Never send a reply I have not approved.
A starting template based on the workflow the source describes. Review it before you use it; you are responsible for what it does.
