VoiceFleet

After-hours bookings: four to six weekly

VoiceFleet reports six months of running AI voice agents for small businesses such as dental practices, restaurants and trades firms. Its clearest single case is one dental practice with about 45 calls a day. About 12 of those calls came between 6 PM and 9 AM, and before the agent, none of them was answered. The agent now takes those calls, answers questions and books patients.

How it wentThe practice now books 4 to 6 patients a week from after-hours calls, worth about 5,000 to 7,000 euros a month in new patient value, per the operator. Across its fleet it reports about 180,000 calls in six months, an 87% average resolution rate and a 94% drop in missed calls. About 10% of calls are spam or robocalls.
Try it · based on the source's workflow
Answer after-hours calls for [practice name] between [hours]. Greet the caller, ask what they need, and check [calendar] for real open slots. Book routine appointments and confirm the time back to the caller. For pain, swelling or any emergency, do not advise: give our emergency line [number] and flag the call to me at once. Record and transcribe every call, score whether it resolved, and send me a weekly list of any call where you were unsure or the caller sounded unhappy.
