OpenClaw
Customer saved in under 20 minutes
A poster runs a small app. Customers send a picture and get an analysis, for a subscription. One customer hit a bug. He was asked to pay again for the analysis he had already paid for. He asked for refunds and account deletion. The poster took a screenshot of the customer message. He handed the screenshot to his agent, OpenClaw. The agent had no email access and no billing access. It did have access to the code. It worked out the right fix from the code. The poster stayed in the loop for every step outside the sandbox.
How it wentThe issue was resolved in under 20 minutes, per the poster. The customer confirmed the fix worked and said he would keep the product for now. His report, from his post.
