Eight clients, run by one manager

The owner of performance marketing agency Fan Convert was the bottleneck for 8 Meta and Google clients: every report, setup and ad went through him. Instead of hiring media buyers, he spent three days building a Claude Code knowledge base holding client briefs, frameworks, reporting templates and onboarding checklists, plus skills for ad copy, reporting and onboarding that read only the files each task needs.

How it wentHe stopped hiring; one project manager now oversees the whole business while Claude does the heavy lifting, and he reports the output is better than his manual work. Reporting had taken 2 to 3 hours per client per week, most of it formatting. New-client setup took a full day of back and forth; the onboarding skill runs it in one conversation and populates every file. No revenue figure is given.
Try it · based on the source's workflow
Build a knowledge base for my [agency or business] in a project folder. Organize it into sections for [client briefs], [our processes], [templates] and [performance benchmarks], with one short index file that tells you which section to check for each kind of task. Then create reusable skills for [ad copy, client reporting, new client onboarding] that read only the section they need. Show me the folder structure and one finished example before you build the rest.
A starting template based on the workflow the source describes. Review it before you use it; you are responsible for what it does.
