Migration saved $2,000, 40 hours

Karen Lewis runs a web design and automation practice in East Texas. She uses Claude for her own blog pipeline: a script reads her content calendar and notes, Claude drafts in her voice and makes the image, and the draft lands in WordPress. Nothing publishes without her approval. For clients, she unified a hunting outfitter's bookings from Hipcamp, Airbnb and VRBO into one system, wrote a media company's site migration script with Claude, and set up monitoring routines across eight websites for a consulting client.

How it wentThe media company client told her the Claude-written migration script saved them about $2,000 and more than 40 hours of work. She gives no numbers for the outfitter or blog work. She reviews every piece of Claude output, because she says it is confidently wrong often enough that she would never hand a client work she has not checked.

Help me automate [task] for [business name]. First do it once by hand with me and write down each step. Then build the smallest automation that follows those steps using [tools]. Show me every output before it reaches a customer or changes a live system. Keep a log of what ran, what it changed, and anything it was unsure about, and stop and ask me when a step does not match the written process.
