Grok Bot

Six hours a day, automated away

Paul Korney owns a brewery, a sports bar and a retro arcade bar. Posting on X on Oct 16, he said he has automated at least six hours a day of work with Grok Bot: about three hours that he or an employee used to do, and another three hours of work that simply never got done because there was no time for it, even though he knew it would help the business. In one day of setup, he had the bot reach out to more than 12,000 customers with custom offers, send birthday party invites carrying waiver links and QR codes so guests can buy the birthday kid a gift card, and send pre-visit texts and emails. He already runs a point-of-sale expert bot that books packages.

How it wentThe six-hours-a-day figure and the 12,000+ customer reach are the poster's own claims. His next planned step is an after-hours phone line that can look up and make bookings. He adds that his wife calls the bots her favourite employees.
Try it · based on the source's workflow
Reach out to past customers of [business name] with a custom offer for [offer], using the customer list in [POS or CRM system]. Draft birthday party invites that include the waiver link and a QR code for buying a gift card, plus a pre-visit text and email for guests with bookings. Before anything is sent, show me the message, who it goes to, and how many people will receive it, and wait for my approval.
