HiJiffy Email Copilot

Guest emails: five days to one

Oliva Nova, a hotel, piloted HiJiffy's Email Copilot in peak season. Three agents work in sequence on each guest email: one matches the request to answer templates, one searches the property knowledge base, and one combines both into a single draft. The tool never sends on its own. A person reviews each draft first. When information is missing or a judgment is needed, the draft carries a visible tag, and the send button stays locked until every tag is resolved. Sent mail is labelled as AI-generated or AI-assisted.

How it wentResponse time fell from 5 days to 1 day in peak season, per the hotel's reservations staff. A proposal draft that took about 30 minutes now takes 5 to 7 minutes, because staff only add the options. The figures come from a launch release with hotel staff quotes.
Try it · based on the source's workflow
Draft replies to guest emails for [hotel name] and send none of them. For each email, answer only from our templates [link] and property facts [link]. If a question needs a fact you do not have or a judgment call, mark the draft clearly with [NEEDS REVIEW: what is missing] and leave it unsent. Combine multi-question emails into one clear reply. Queue every draft for my review in [inbox or tool] and list at the end of the day how many you drafted and how many are tagged.
A starting template based on the workflow the source describes. Review it before you use it; you are responsible for what it does.
