Six vendors shortlisted, three got requests

A physician and rental property owner in Central Florida set his assistant bot a vendor search. The bot built a shortlist of six local companies from their business pages and reviews. It also read two recent recommendation threads in a local Facebook group for more names. It ranked each firm on clear, prompt communication, the point the owner cares about most. It suggested five. He approved sending its proposal request to three.

How it wentSix firms shortlisted, five suggested, and three proposal requests approved by the owner, per his post. The hire is not done yet. Every bot email states up front that a bot is writing, and the owner approves the exact words before anything goes out.
Try it · based on the source's workflow
Find local companies that provide [service] near [town]. Use their business pages and reviews, plus recent recommendation threads in [local group or forum]. Build a shortlist of [number] firms. Rank them on [the one factor I care about most] and show me your evidence for each rank. Draft a short proposal request for the top firms. Say in the first line that an assistant bot is writing. Do not send anything: show me each draft for approval first.
