Lumina

300 messages a day, answered alone

Lumina is a website chat assistant that a small business builds from its own documents. The owner uploads what the business does, sells, and how it runs. The assistant reads the full documents for each question instead of small chunks. If a fact is not in the documents, the assistant must say so. Customers in the post are small service firms: hairdressers, massage salons, restaurants, and small hotels. The owners are also the support desk.

How it wentAt a Thai massage salon in Ljubljana, the assistant handled up to 300 messages a day. The author says bookings rose, but gives no booking number. Past a large document size the system declines to answer rather than guessing, and after about 25 exchanges it offers to connect the person to a human.
Try it · based on the source's workflow
Answer customer questions for [business] only from the documents I gave you: services, prices, hours, and policies. If the answer is not in the documents, say so plainly and offer to connect the person to a human. Never invent a price or a time. For availability, report only what the calendar shows as free; do not book. After [25] exchanges, offer a handover to a person.
A starting template based on the workflow the source describes. Review it before you use it; you are responsible for what it does.
